Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The cost of return must be covered by the customer in this instance. 

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or your order is incorrect, a full refund will be processed subject to photographic evidence or return of physical product. The cost of return in this instance will be covered by Waves Crystal Starlight.
